Safety
Every part of a Pop-in is designed for a smooth handover, safety and well-being, cleanliness, and perfect peace of mind.
Every caregiver is on payroll at Poppins. Hired and trained for this specific care work, not gig workers booked through an app.
Current certification for every caregiver on the floor, refreshed on schedule.
Cleared before their first shift, and food-handler permitted for meal service.
From sanitation to state-required reporting, each caregiver meets a high expectation of compliance with Poppins and state procedures.
Poppins operates under a valid childcare license issued by the State of Utah, and complies with the Child Care Licensing rules plus all applicable federal, state and local regulation.
Compliance covers health and safety, supervision, caregiver qualifications, facility requirements and emergency procedure.
We staff to Utah’s licensed ratios, grouped Under 2 and 2-and-Over, for every hour we are open and monitored by our software.
Required per Utah childcare guidelines for every child. Utah parents can pull theirs from the Docket app in about a minute.
Monitored in every care area, all day for safety. (Never in restrooms or diapering areas).
Your code arrives with your booking confirmation and works only your window.
A child is not signed in until a caregiver has received and acknowledged them, and not let go until the pickup person is verified.
Children are released only to the people you authorized, and we check government-issued ID every time.
Children need to be well enough to join in normally. Parents keep them home with any of these, and bring them back after 24 hours symptom-free without medication.
We take allergy awareness seriously as well, though we can’t promise an allergen-free room.
